ResponsibilitiesHandles daily back-office customer service operations, responding to client inquiries via email and phone
Ensures all customer requests are addressed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Provides support to team members by sharing product knowledge, best practices,
and process guidance
Prepares and maintains reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and service trends
