No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.We are seeking aSolution Architect (Salesforce)to provide ongoing sustainment and operational support for the existing Job Center solution, ensuring its stability and reliability for business users.This role involves executing the new development roadmap by building, testing, and deploying new features and capabilities identified during the discovery phase, and managing the transition from the current system to the transformed solution.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and evolution of the solution architecture on the Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports both current needs and future transformation goalsDevelop high‐level technical designs for new features and enhancements, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliabilityEnsure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits,
