Role Purpose
As an IT Technician, you will provide day‐to‐day technical support across the organization, helping ensure the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working with a range of technologies, including Microsoft 365 and basic Power Platform tools.
You will play an important part in maintaining a secure IT environment while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN/Wi‐FiInstall, configure, maintain, and update operating systems and business applicationsSupport basic digital solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, while documenting issues, solutions, and asset changesProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and end‐user applicationsRequired Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar technical roleKnowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting techniquesFamiliarity with network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi‐FiExperience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 applicationsBeginner to intermediate knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps,
