Job Description : The M3 Parts Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process for M3 product parts, ensuring timely availability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
This role requires a keen understanding of supply chain management, vendor relations, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities :
Procurement Management : Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process of M3 parts.
This includes sourcing, negotiation, and contract management with suppliers.
Vendor Relations : Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate favourable terms and resolve any supply issues promptly.
Inventory Control : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels for M3 parts.
Reporting : Prepare reports on procurement activities, vendor performance,



and inventory status for management review.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Experience : Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or inventory management is essential.
Experience with M3 parts is a plus.
Skills : Strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in inventory management software.
Soft Skills : Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
