Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
Experience inLAN/WAN/Internetservices administration
Experience with Wireless technologies, deploying, supporting and doing site surveys.
Solid understanding of Wireless Authentication technologies
Exceptional understanding ofDNSandNFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus.
Solid understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2 TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, ***** Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3 DES
Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required
Certifications:CCIE, CISSP
Job duties and responsibilities:
Pre-sales - assist inqualifying sales lead s from a technical standpoint.
Sales calls - be themain technical resourceon sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
