8+ years of experience
as a
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
✅ Proven ability to operate with
independence and autonomy
✅ Solid technical foundation, including knowledge of:
Java
APIs
Batch Processing
Software Development Lifecycle (
SDLC
)
✅ Strong experience facilitating
Scrum ceremonies
, including:
Daily Stand-Ups
Sprint Planning
Backlog Grooming
Retrospectives
Sprint Demos
✅ Experience defining and delivering
cloud-native software products
and
platforms at scale
✅ Deep understanding of
platform capabilities
,
architecture
, and underlying technologies
✅ Proven experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs using
Agile methodologies
such as
Scrum
and
Kanban
✅ Strong ability to drive
data-driven decision making




and implement
continuous improvement practices
across teams
✅ Ability to discuss and challenge delivery strategies with
business stakeholders

✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively to
