The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual materials that support marketing, communications, and business development initiatives. This role develops engaging print and digital assets, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, advertisements, email campaigns, maps, floor plans, and other marketing collateral while ensuring consistency with established brand standards.

The Graphic Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, manage multiple assignments, and deliver creative solutions that enhance brand visibility and business performance. This position requires strong technical design expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S.-based markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital channels.

- Create brochures, presentations, advertisements, email templates, and social media content.

- Develop and update floor plans, site plans, maps, infographics, and visual assets.

- Edit and retouch photography for marketing use.

- Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.

- Process design requests through workflow management systems.





- Support business development and marketing campaigns with creative solutions.

- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Prepare files for print production and digital distribution.

- Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and best practices.

- Perform additional design-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.

- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Fluent Spanish communication skills.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Experience with marketing and communication platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, Ceros, or similar tools.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
