Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish) – eCommerce

Av. Añil 611, Col. Granjas México, Iztacalco, CDMX (next to Foro Sol). Accessible via Metrobus Iztacalco and Metro Velódromo.

Contract Type

Full-time, Monday to Saturday (fixed Sunday off)

Shifts Available

- Morning: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Mixed: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm or 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Afternoon/Evening: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our eCommerce team. In this role you will:

- Provide high-quality customer support in both English and Spanish.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage returns and resolve issues.
- Accurately record customer information and cases in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure delivery and service quality.
- Contribute to operational growth through excellent customer satisfaction.





Essential Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum level B2, spoken and written)
- High school diploma completed (must provide transcript, academic record or certificate)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a call center as a bilingual telephone customer service agent or in a related role

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with eCommerce platforms or marketplaces
- Familiarity with CRM tools, web browser use and basic Office suite
