Your Role in VT Markets To help us grow our business in Europe and Latin America, we are seeking a motivated and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing Executive to support our promotional and CRM initiatives, while contributing to the broader marketing function.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management, client engagement, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with marketing analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, and English.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Experience in performance marketing, loyalty programs, or growth marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting in online investment brokerage industry is a plus.
