- Coordinate day-to-day import/export operations across all lanes (track and trace POs, resolve vendor documentation issues, and liaise with customs brokers for shipment release).
- Manage internal reports related to compliance and operations.
- Ensure all shipment documents are complete, accurate, and received on time.
- Process POs, sales confirmations, and billings within the company system, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up with suppliers and customers.
- Collaborate with transportation service providers and forwarders to guarantee timely pick-up and delivery.
- Monitor and ensure payments for customs brokers, storage facilities, transportation providers, and suppliers are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a strong customer service orientation in all operational activities.
Billing & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate record keeping for each import/export transaction,
including post-entry documents.
- Upload and organize digital copies of entry files in the company’s internal database.
Reporting & Shipment Monitoring
- Review, analyze, and update daily operational reports.
- Develop and implement new reporting tools as needed to optimize business performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Customs, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Imports/Exports, International Trade, or Customs Analysis within corporate compliance or integral companies.
- 1–2 years of experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, or multinational companies.
- Proficiency in English (minimum 70%).
