Job Responsibilities:

- Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle Cloud

- Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches





- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend technical/functional solutions

- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

- Provide technical and functional support of integrations, data mapping, data analysis

- Create detailed technical specification documents

- Coordinate with other colleagues globally, fostering a collaborative work environment

- Follow Hackett methodology – and observe any client specific variations in methodology

- Understand when to ask for help and when to continue working independently

- Ability to estimate enhancements identifying tasks and hours needed
