We are seeking a highly skilled PD&I; Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of new product development projects while supporting enhancements to existing products. This role is responsible for ensuring successful product launches, validating technical feasibility, meeting customer expectations, and aligning projects with business strategy.

The PD&I; Engineer will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with local and regional teams, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor new product development and implementation projects from concept through launch

- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and milestones

- Manage all project documentation and technical information

- Lead multidisciplinary teams including Development, Operations, Commercial, Quality, and Planning

- Collaborate with regional R&D; and operational teams

- Supervise product validations, plant trials, and customer testing

- Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and corporate quality standards

- Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders

- Identify project risks and propose corrective solutions

- Improve operational processes, procedures, and departmental policies





- Support customer satisfaction through successful product implementation

Requirements

> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Technical Engineering, or related field

> - Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)

> - 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial manufacturing, product development, or packaging

> - Strong knowledge of injection, blow molding, and packaging processes

> - Proven project management experience

> - Experience working with cross-functional teams

> - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

> - Advanced Excel skills
>
> - Knowledge of GMP, safety, and integrated systems

> - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
