Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega-based business solutions. The role involves working closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications while adhering to Pega best practices. Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure Pega applications, workflows, and case management solutions
- Implement business rules, integrations, and user interfaces following Pega guidelines
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Support deployment, post-production support, and system enhancements
- Maintain documentation of application design, configurations, and processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives




- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development (PRPC 7.x/8.x)
- Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Business Rules, and UI/UX design
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS) and data mapping
- Knowledge of Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, and reusable components
- Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider systems preferred)
- Pega certification (CSA/CPBA/CPMC)
- Experience in Pega deployment, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, or other supporting technologies
