The Role

Our Client is seeking a highly organized Purchasing Agent to play a critical role in overseeing the investments and construction teams' procurement needs. This position is responsible for ensuring that all necessary renovation supplies are ordered and delivered on time, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating for the best pricing and quality. The successful candidate will act as a central coordinator, calculating material quantities from residential plans and managing the logistics of four distinct construction phases to keep projects moving forward without disruption.
