About the job:

We're looking for an Account Manager - Polymer Specialties to help grow our Polymer Specialties business across Central America. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving profitable sales of organic peroxides and metal alkyls while building strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, agents, and internal teams. If you enjoy combining technical knowledge with commercial strategy, we'd love to hear from you.

In your future role as Account Manager - Polymer Specialties, you will:
- Drive profitable sales and achieve revenue and volume targets across the Central America region.
- Manage and grow relationships with direct customers, distributors, and sales partners.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Develop sales strategies, account plans,



forecasts, and annual sales budgets.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend pricing strategies to maximize growth.
- Collaborate with Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Provide product recommendations and help customers select the best solutions for their applications.
- Follow up on product samples and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Support contract compliance, billing accuracy, and customer issue resolution.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Nouryon professionally and maintain strong relationships throughout the region.
- Participate in regional marketing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

- Fully fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Able to work onsite 5 day
