FNOL Insurance Rep | Mon–Fri - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
- Verify policy information accurately
- Collect and document claim details in the client’s claims management system
- Initiate the claims process and provide confirmation to customers
- Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and give status updates on open claims

Requirements:

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- A professionally structured CV in English
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on quality
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload
- At least 1+ year of call center experience
- Customer service experience (preferred / a plus)
- Full-time availability. You must be available to work full time.
