GateSource HR is partnering with a key client in Mexico to hire a Sales Manager Engineer to support their continued growth and strengthen their commercial activities in the plastics sector across the region. We're seeking a motivated professional with solid experience in plastic commodities and technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach prospective clients throughout Mexico

- Uncover new business opportunities and expand the product portfolio

- Conduct client visits and help open untapped markets within the country

- Design and implement strategic sales plans

- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while actively pursuing new leads

- Build strong connections with key decision-makers

- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with profitability and client satisfaction goals

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service





- Track and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering

- 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales and trading, preferably in the plastics or chemical industry

- Proven ability to develop new markets, set pricing strategies aligned with company guidelines, and analyze market trends

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-driven and collaborative mindset

- Intermediate to advanced English is required
