Job Description

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens and support the resolution of personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters.
Maintain accurate documentation in Litify.
Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.
