we’re looking for a passionate and analytical leader to join our integral strategic planning team, contributing to high-impact projects across mexico, europe, and asia.

what you'll do as a key leader, you will report to the business development director and be responsible for:

develop & institutionalize processes: lead the creation of institutional processes that drive innovation and data automation, generating strategic insights for draxton and gis.

lead critical analysis: deliver systematic market, strategic, and financial analysis to ensure the proper approval and execution of key strategic initiatives and investment projects.

manage high-impact projects: coordinate and lead strategic projects, including investment valuations (capex), post-investment reviews, and due diligence for m&a; transactions.

drive executive communication: develop and present executive-level presentations and kpis for the draxton and gis leadership teams, including the executive committee.

collaborate & influence: collaborate with multifunctional and multilevel teams across the global organization, bridging cultural, language, and organizational barriers.

develop talent: mentor and develop a high-performance team, fostering their growth and potential.

who we’re looking for

experience: 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, operations,



or commercial areas.

industry knowledge: a strong understanding of the automotive industry is required; experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.

technical expertise:

- advanced financial modeling and investment valuation (capex, m&a;).
- data management, automation, and business analysis.
- proven ability to manage complex strategic projects
