as a moderator, you will review, tag, and take necessary actions on content per defined guidelines. These services will be provided in response to customer complaints (reports) about user conduct and/or content that is alleged to violate policies, in addition to preliminary reviews of content. You will work with content across a multitude of social and gaming products and be an expert in policies across our ecosystem to make key decisions in keeping our community safe.

● review content to if determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality ○ content moderation types include image, text, video, audio, and 3d experiences

● maintain a high level of compliance and confidentiality standards

● frequently review training material to remain current and knowledgeable on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates

● comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by operational goals

● review sensitive content including the reporting and handling of csam material qualifications





● ability to handle large amounts of user generated content

● ability to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content online

● ability to be objective instead of subjective

● excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

● critical thinking and investigative skills

● ability to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as new projects and processes come online

● strong written and verbal communication

● knowledge of the gaming industry, social media industry, or any combination thereof

● understanding of social media content creation and the impacts it can have

● stays up to date with online trends and popular culture

● min level high school

● while no specific degree is required, education fields related to psychology, communications, criminology or investigations have been found to be helpful.
