key responsibilities:

1. logistics booking & pickup arrangement: submit trucking requests, confirm pickup dates, track factory vehicle access and carrier transit info, and complete urgent system submissions on the same day.
2. export documentation: prepare and review invoices, packing lists, boms, spanish ccp, bol, and railway documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. customs clearance & compliance: send documents to mexico/us customs brokers, review customs declarations, track doda transit docs, prepare usmca certificate of origin, and assist with import clearance.
4. logistics coordination & communication: coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues, support sales teams in monitoring logistics milestones, and communicate daily with foreign forwarders and clients.

qualifications:

1. 2–3 years of local mexico experience in documentation, shipping, or customs.
2. fluent spanish (mandatory) and business-level english (written and spoken).
3. proficient in excel/word and able to write professional business emails in english.
4. detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and strong cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills.
