Required Skills Exceptional creativity and innovative design abilities
2-3+ years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong communication and presentation skills




Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
Ability to translate ideas into visual formats effectively
Knowledge of branding, marketing, and visual storytelling principles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
Nice to Have Skills 3+ years of experience in professional graphic design
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
Experience with video editing, animation, or motion graphics
Familiarity with UX/UI design and prototyping tools
Preferred Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, art, or related fields
Proven track record of managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
Additional experience in video and animation is a plus
Other Requirements This position is home-based in Mexico, with no travel required
Availability to start immediately or shortly thereafter
Proficiency in English for effective communication within a integral team
