The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.
Job responsibilities and functions
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews).
- Perform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages.
- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area.
- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel.
- Analyze the candidate’s job application results for the selection of qualified personnel.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
- Generate and update applicant tracking report, daily candidate flow and overall candidate profiling.
- Punctual follow-up with interviewed candidates (candidate feedback).
- Send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients.
Specialized Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Desirable)
- Experience with different ATS tools
- Intermediate-Advanced English level
- Specialized knowledge: Related Human Resources experience
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
- Experience: 1+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition activities.
