Overview

We are seeking a Technical Agile Product Manager to drive product vision, roadmap execution, and delivery in an Agile environment. This role serves as a bridge between business, engineering, and architecture teams, owning the product backlog and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Translate healthcare business needs and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release priorities
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and QA to ensure technical feasibility, security, and quality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across product initiatives




- Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback to continuously improve the product

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile environments
- Strong technical background working closely with engineering teams
- Experience writing detailed user stories and technical acceptance criteria
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle management
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, health-tech, or life sciences preferred)
- Experience with regulated environments and compliance-driven products
- Familiarity with cloud-based or SaaS platforms and DevOps practices
