As an Asset Management Professional, you will help support pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring asset lifecycle management and service delivery. You will work with customers and our teams to improve equipment reliability, increase maintenance strategies, and reduce unplanned downtime. You will collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams, contributing directly to operational performance and long-term service value.
Your Responsibilities: Support pre-sales and post-sales processes, including service offerings, asset lifecycle management, and contract execution
Act as the technical and service liaison between customers and internal teams
Provide accurate information on equipment delivery timelines, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules
Perform inventory and asset audits to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of incoming and outgoing shipments
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify failure patterns and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce unplanned downtime
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and maintenance optimization at customer sites
Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
Contribute to improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and overall operational performance
The Essentials – You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Prior technical experience in industrial environments
5+ years of experience with Allen-Bradley equipment (PLC, drives, control systems, etc.) and with maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle management, and reliability practices
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
Understanding of industrial processes, automation systems, and maintenance workflows
The Preferred – You Might Also Have: Support projects focused on reducing unplanned downtime in industrial environments
Proven contribution to improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Knowledge of inventory control and asset tracking processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
Familiarity with service delivery environments driven by KPIs and SLAs
Exposure to customer-facing service models with accountability for service quality and satisfaction
Application of root cause analysis (RCA) to identify failures and drive corrective actions
