As a Moderator, you will review, tag, and take necessary actions on content per defined guidelines. These services will be provided in response to customer complaints (reports) about user conduct and/or content that is alleged to violate policies, in addition to preliminary reviews of content. You will work with content across a multitude of social and gaming products and be an expert in policies across our ecosystem to make key decisions in keeping our community safe. Responsibilities ● Review content to if determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality ○ Content moderation types include Image, Text, Video, Audio, and 3 D experiences ● Maintain a high level of compliance and confidentiality standards ● Frequently review training material to remain current and knowledgeable on workflow changes, operational guidelines,



and policy updates ● Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by operational goals ● Review sensitive content including the reporting and handling of CSAM material Qualifications ● Ability to handle large amounts of user generated content ● Ability to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content online ● Ability to be objective instead of subjective ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team ● Critical thinking and investigative skills ● Ability to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as new projects and processes come online ● Strong written and verbal communication ● Knowledge of the gaming industry, social media industry, or any combination thereof ● Understanding of social media content creation and the impacts it can have ● Stays up to date with online trends and popular culture Requirements : ● +18 years ● Min level High school ● While no specific degree is required, education fields related to psychology, communications, criminology or investigations have been found to be helpful. ● English Level Proficiency
