Part-Time Sales / Lead Follow-Up Specialist

Remote (Open to PH & LATAM Applicants)

Rate: $7.50/hour + 1% Commission on Every Deal Closed

Schedule: Part-Time | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, relationship-driven Sales / Lead Follow-Up Specialist to help convert warm homeowner leads into closed sales for a premium outdoor lighting company.

This is NOT a cold-calling role. Every lead has already expressed interest, met with the business owner, and received a customized proposal. Your responsibility is to build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide homeowners toward moving forward with their project.

Because we sell high-end, high-value home improvement services, we are looking for someone with proven sales experience in the home services industry. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury home renovations, roofing, windows and doors, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, HVAC, solar, pools, outdoor living, or similar premium residential services will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with interested homeowner leads via call, text, and email

• Maintain consistent communication with quoted leads to help move deals forward

• Assist in closing sales opportunities and improving conversion rates





• Schedule follow-up appointments when needed

• Update lead statuses and notes inside the CRM

• Maintain organized communication records and pipelines

• Coordinate with the business owner regarding lead progress and next steps

Compensation Structure

$7.50/hour base pay

1% commission on every closed deal

If you schedule an appointment that later results in a closed deal, you will still receive commission compensation

Tools Used

• GoHighLevel CRM

Qualifications

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling sales conversations

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to confidently follow up without sounding overly aggressive

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Experience using CRM systems is a plus
