Application Instructions (Please Read Carefully)
To ensure a smooth application and onboarding process, please follow the guidelines below when entering your information into NOVA:
Use Proper Case for all fields (Proper Case means capitalizing the first letter of each word, e.g., "John Smith" - not "JOHN SMITH" or "john smith")
Do not enter information in ALL CAPS or all lowercase, as this may create duplicate profiles in the system
Enter your preferred name - this should be a professional variation of your real name (e.g., "John" instead of "John Michael Smith")
Do not use nicknames, aliases, or non-professional names (e.g., gamer tags or unrelated names)
Avoid duplicating your full legal name in the preferred name field
Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays to your application processing, onboarding, and project start date.
