Denna position rapporterar till: Sales, Service and Project Execution Leader

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.

Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions.

Understanding the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant integral customer’s business and business environment, translating them into the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB.

Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer.

Defining sales targets, giving input on market price developments monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are implemented.





The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid. This role is contributing to the Critical Power Business Line in Mexico.

Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Critical Power Solutions and the Industrial market

Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have >8 years of experience in sales, tendering, prescription and advanced technical support of quality energy solutions, ups, voltage conditioners, PDU and STS. (OPTIONAL: working as Sales Support Manager with Critical Power Solutions )

Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in Tendering, Risk Review, FMC and E2E proceses

You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around active learning, negociation, problem solving, team work and time management

Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Electrical/Electronic Degree

You are at ease communicating in english laguage (high-fluently)

Availability to travel
