responsibilities
- answer customer calls.
- dispatch jobs to locksmith technicians.
- coordinate with technicians throughout the day.
- update customers and partner companies on job progress.
- ensure every job is completed successfully.
requirements
- fluent english (spoken & written).
- strong communication and multitasking skills.
- responsible and detail-oriented.
- dispatch or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
