- bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electric/electronic engineering, mechatronic engineering.
- master’s degree preferred in business administration.
- experience in the development, management, and analysis of cost-saving projects, including raw material optimization, variable cost control, and fixed cost reduction.
- strong leadership skills, with proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
- dynamic and proactive professional with a results-driven approach and strong initiative.
- strong command of microsoft office applications and familiarity with power bi for dashboard development, data visualization, and business reporting.
- fluent in spoken and written english, with strong communication skills in professional environments.
- holder of a valid u.s. visa.
- availability for national and international travel approximately once per month.
