what will you do?

- support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
- screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
- support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs)
- ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- monitor recruitment kpis (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
- collaborate closely with hrbp, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams.
