about the role
we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced trainer to join our team at lvmh. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our retail teams' success, ensuring they deliver an exceptional, world-class luxury experience. You will design, implement, and deliver engaging training programs that elevate product knowledge, artistry, and sales techniques across our locations.
responsibilities
- empower retail teams: deliver high-impact training sessions focusing on brand heritage, product knowledge, and clienteling.
- on-the-floor coaching: work closely with store staff to observe, guide,
and enhance their sales techniques and customer service skills.
- performance tracking: monitor the effectiveness of training programs and collaborate with management to identify areas for growth.
qualifications
- bachelor’s degree
- 5–7-year training experience in perfumes & beauty sector
- experience: proven track record working as a trainer or in a similar field-training capacity.
- language skills: advanced, fluent english is absolutely mandatory for this role.
- travel flexibility: full availability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to support various locations.
