responsibilities

- support the preparation and issuance of requests for quotations (rfqs).
- follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- assist in supplier evaluations and commercial analysis.
- maintain procurement documentation and purchasing records.
- support sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives.
- participate in process improvement and cost optimization projects.
- collaborate with supply chain, operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams.




- assist with reporting and procurement-related activities as needed.

requirements

- currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, international business, logistics, or related fields.
- expected graduation date of at least one year from the internship start date.
- intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
- strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- interest in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, and operations.
