ensure the accurate management and tracking of customer purchase orders, guaranteeing precise system entry, on-time delivery compliance, alignment with demand forecasts, and the timely resolution of supply chain issues.

key responsibilities:

- purchase order (po) managemen t: enter, validate, and process purchase orders in the erp system.
- demand contro l: upload and update demand forecasts into internal platforms.
- backlog & open order managemen t: monitor and maintain active tracking of open orders and backlog.
- logistics & delivery trackin g: track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
- order change requests: process customer-requested changes, including price adjustments, requested/estimated delivery dates, quantity updates, and partial or full cancellations.




- administrative processes.
- process rmas (return merchandise authorizations) and warranty requests.
- manage credit memos and billing for special service.
- create and set up new part numbers (pns) in the system.

requirements:

- bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, international business, or related fields.
- recent graduate with strong internship experience, or 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., sales administration, customer program administrator, materials planning, or order management).
- advanced english fluency is required
- intermediate excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas, and data lookup/matching.)
- hands-on experience with erp systems (oracle or sap)
- excellent customer service, effective communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a problem-solving mindset.
