- bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, industrial engineering, accounting , or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or engineering cost modeling .
- strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical inputs into financial insights.
- advanced excel skills; comfort working with complex models and large datasets.
- ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- demonstrated ability to operate with accountability, urgency, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- strong english language proficiency

preferred

- experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, plating, machining, assembly).
- working knowledge of facton , sap, or similar costing / erp tools.
