Now I'm hiring a killer team at Shadowlight Studios, where we help major creators and brands like Machine Gun Kelly, Poppi, Apple, Snapchat, Golden Goose, and Johnny Chang go viral — not once, but over and over again.

We’re a small, elite team that thrives on speed, taste, and instinct — and we’re growing fast. That’s why we’re looking for an exceptional Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into algorithm gold.

What You’ll Do

- Edit fast-paced, thumb-stopping TikToks and Reels for major brands and creators
- Apply viral editing principles: strong hooks, meme integration, visual storytelling, retention tricks
- Work with our creative team on concepts, pacing, storytelling angles, and punchlines
- Adapt footage across platforms, repurpose content, and keep things fresh
- Push boundaries — with style, sound, timing, and ideas





What We’re Looking For

- A portfolio that slaps — we want to see edits that made people stop scrolling
- Fluency in the language of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Comfort working with raw footage and building from scratch
- Skills in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similar — whatever makes you fast and deadly
- Speed, reliability, and a creative POV
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with creator-led brands or influencer content
