Serve as the global program owner and subject matter expert for key EHS programs, including: Functional and machine safety, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) Prevention, Ergonomics, Chemical management, Life safety.Develop, implement, and continuously improve general EHS standards, policies, and management systems that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.Strengthen global processes for identifying, monitoring, and governing compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Lead the continuous improvement of the company's EHS Management System and ensure ongoing conformance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and other business functions to integrate EHS considerations into equipment design, operational processes, capital projects, and business planning.Develop and execute global strategies to enhance EHS capability, leadership, and employee engagement across all regions.Lead or support EHS audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and regulatory compliance assessments while ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.Monitor emerging global regulatory requirements, industry trends, and evolving risks, recommending proactive improvements to programs and standards.Analyze global EHS performance metrics and leverage data to identify trends, prioritize risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science,



or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.At least 5 years of experience leading EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites or regions.Demonstrated experience implementing and continuously improving EHS management systems.Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable global EHS regulations.Expertise in functional and machine safety, including risk assessment and safeguarding principles.Experience managing environmental compliance programs, including air emissions, water, wastewater, and waste management.Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, with a strong focus on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
