PLANT MANAGER We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring world-class safety and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the operation. Responsibilities # Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives. # Develop and execute the plant’s operational strategy. # Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. # Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team. # Ensure compliance with quality systems, environmental, health and safety standards. # Manage plant financial performance, productivity and operational KPIs. # Build a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence. # Lead organizational growth while maintaining operational stability.



Mandatory Qualifications # Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. #10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing. # Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager. # Experience leading manufacturing operations with 300+ employees. # Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence. # Experience managing unionized operations. # Advanced English. # Availability to work on-site. Preferred Qualifications # Experience supporting plant expansion or organizational growth. # Strong financial and business acumen. # Proven track record developing leaders and succession plans. # Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
