IFRS & Financial Reporting Specialist | Integral Finance Guadalajara, Mexico On-site + 1 Home Office day per week Regional exposure across the Americas Up to MXN $50,000 gross/month + benefits Ready to take your accounting career to a global level? We are supporting a leading multinational organization in the expansion of its IFRS Center of Excellence for the Americas . We are looking for an accounting professional with a strong foundation in Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Audit and IFRS , who is ready to develop into a regional technical accounting specialist. This is an exciting career opportunity for professionals coming from Big Four, multinational companies or Shared Services environments who want to strengthen their IFRS expertise while gaining exposure to international finance teams across the Americas. What will you do?• Support regional finance teams on IFRS and technical accounting matters . • Participate in the preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages . • Analyze accounting matters involving accruals, provisions, leases, revenue recognition, impairments, estimates and disclosures . • Support the consistent application of IFRS and corporate accounting policies across different legal entities. • Collaborate with Controllers, Accounting Managers, Finance Leaders and regional stakeholders . • Support internal and external financial audits. • Participate in month-end/year-end close and financial reporting processes. • Contribute to process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.



• Develop deeper expertise in IFRS and Technical Accounting within a regional Center of Excellence. What are we looking for?✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field . ✔ Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit or Financial Reporting. ✔ Experience within a Big Four firm and/or multinational organization is highly valued . ✔ Solid understanding or practical exposure to IFRS . ✔ Experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger, R2R, Financial Statements or External Audit . ✔ Exposure to multinational, regional or Shared Services environments. ✔ SAP or another global ERP is highly desirable. ✔ Advanced English (B2–C1) – required. ✔ Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. ✔ Interest in developing a long-term career in IFRS / Technical Accounting / Corporate Finance .
