**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management, launch management, sales strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
+ Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
+ Experience with data analysis and visualization to drive decision-making.
+ Ability to communicate in English fluently, to support client management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ MBA or Master's degree
+ Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level to lead large-scale process transformation or change management initiatives.
+ Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
+ Ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.
+ Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
**About the job**
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) NPI and Projects Lead, you will help drive Google Cloud’s launch readiness by owning a strategic portfolio of product and program launches.
In this role, you will collaborate closely across GTM, business operations, product management, and enablement to mitigate launch risks and deliver successful launches.
By acting as a critical bridge, you will help surface high-impact product feedback to engineering to accelerate business growth, while advocating cross-cloud initiatives and continuous improvement projects that support our broader business goals.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the cross-functional execution of product launches for GTM, ensuring key workstreams are aligned with the launch details.
+ Support alignment of launches to GTM strategy to increase success in market and engage with Product Managers/Launch owners to assess right level of GTM engagement.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally across GTM to help identify the top issues to be prioritized by the Product and Engineering teams.
+ Drive complex/cross-functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.
+ Define and develop key analysis and generate executive-level insights and recommendations to address strategic issues and achieve a positive outcome.
