**Key Responsibilities**

+ Participates in small to medium projects as assigned
+ Provides feedback and coaching to others
+ Provides training as required
+ Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
+ Develops and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
+ Meets discrete goals within established criteria (time, cost, quality)
+ Interacts with others at same level, and one level above and below, to ensure continuity and efficiency

**Experiences/Education - Required**

+ Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
+ Considerable job content knowledge

**Experiences/Education - Desired**

+ Successful track record of performance in chosen field
+ 1-3 years relevant work experience
