As an Advanced Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of our organization's data-driven decision-making processes.
You will lead a team of highly skilled analysts and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams to provide critical insights that optimize sales performance and guide strategic decisions.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing advanced data analysis, developing predictive models, and offering strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
In this role, you will impact the optimization of our sales strategies, improve efficiency, and ensure we achieve our business objectives.
+ Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
+ Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support business decisionmaking
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and develop datadriven solutions
+ Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing and validation processes
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 5+ years of transferrable experience
+ Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
+ Ability to lead and inspire a team

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field
+ Master’s degree or MBA preferred
