Join a team focused on expanding access to innovative orthopedic and trauma solutions across Mexico City.
In this field-based sales role, you will manage a defined territory, build relationships with surgeons, support procedure growth, and execute customer-focused strategies that drive business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service.
**What You Will Do**
+ Achieve assigned sales targets within the orthopedic and trauma portfolio in the designated territory.
+ Identify, engage, and acquire new surgeon customers to expand product adoption and territory coverage.
+ Conduct regular visits with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote products and support procedural utilization.
+ Generate and follow up on surgical opportunities to help ensure timely case support and territory growth.
+ Develop and execute customer-specific plans for key accounts in alignment with territory objectives.
+ Coordinate with surgical support teams to deliver consistent service before, during, and after procedures.
+ Serve as a product resource for customers by providing accurate product information and responding to inquiries.
+ Monitor product availability and communicate inventory-related information to support customer needs.
**What You Will Need**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences,
or a related field.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopedic and trauma medical device sales.
+ Professional proficiency in Spanish.
+ Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals, clinics, or surgical environments.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working directly with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams.
+ Experience managing a geographic sales territory and achieving sales targets.
+ Knowledge of orthopedic and trauma product portfolios.
+ Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
