**Key Responsibilities**

+ Recommends changes to methods and procedures
+ Provides feedback and coaching to others
+ Coordinates work of others and provides training as required
+ Assigns appropriate confidentiality status to materials and may take action to ensure compliance
+ Interpolates from facts to understand root cause and resolve problems
+ Designs and runs basic experiments
+ In addition to maintaining internal customer relations, may interact with external contacts

**Experiences/Education - Required**

+ Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience
+ Moderate job content knowledge

**Experiences/Education - Desired**

+ Bachelors Degree
+ Successful track record of performance in chosen field
+ 1-3 years relevant work experience
