**What is your role?**

The **Tax OperationsSpecialist** ensures tax compliance, reporting, and audit support for Distribution and Services entities in Mexico, in line with local regulations and export-manufacturing tax requirements.

**What will you do?**

+ Enterprise Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management
+ _Manage recurring tax obligations for service entities operating under the IMMEX program._
+ _Ensure compliance with ISR, VAT, withholding taxes, DIOT, and applicable IMMEX tax and regulatory requirements._
+ _Coordinate the timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns._
+ Tax accounting & US GAAP Reporting
+ Transfer Pricing
+ Audit Support

**What do you need?**

+ 5 years of Tax related experience
+ Solid knowledge of **Mexican tax laws** applicable to maquiladora entities.




+ Understanding of **IMMEX program and VAT Certification Rules**
+ Prior involvement with IVA refund processes.
+ Working knowledge of **US GAAP** , tax provision basics, and deferred tax concepts.
+ Experience managing Safe Harbor calculations.
