Role Purpose

Como Security Lead liderarás las operaciones diarias de seguridad en el sitio, garantizando un entorno protegido para los empleados, visitantes y activos de la empresa.

Esta posición será responsable de supervisar al personal de seguridad, apoyar investigaciones, fortalecer los programas de seguridad del sitio y colaborar estrechamente con líderes internos y agencias externas para mitigar riesgos y mejorar el desempeño.

Key Responsibilities
Supervisar al personal de seguridad en sitio, incluyendo seguimiento de desempeño, capacitación y apoyo operativo diario.
Colaborar con el liderazgo del sitio y con los proveedores de seguridad contratados para asegurar una cobertura y prestación de servicio efectivas.
Implementar políticas, procedimientos e iniciativas de concientización para fortalecer los estándares de seguridad del sitio.
Apoyar investigaciones, evaluaciones de seguridad y proyectos del sitio, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los sistemas y programas de seguridad.
Experiences/Education - Required
De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un rol de seguridad o liderazgo.
Experiencia previa supervisando equipos o liderando operaciones de seguridad.
Fuertes habilidades para la toma de decisiones, buen juicio y capacidad para manejar información confidencial con integridad.
Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para interactuar profesionalmente con todos los niveles de la organización.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente, gestionar múltiples prioridades y brindar dirección clara a otros.
