Responsibilities Provide legal guidance on labor and employment matters, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk. Advise leadership on labor law updates, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements. Manage labor disputes, audits, claims, and relationships with labor and social security authorities. Support HR in employee relations, union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate employment and commercial contracts. Lead labor compliance training and support internal investigations when required. Partner with business leaders to identify risks and implement practical legal solutions.
