We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in SAP Finance to Manage (FTM) processes. The idóneo candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience with a foundational understanding of finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

This role will work closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and Finance stakeholders to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP finance solutions.

Key Responsibiliti es Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivabl e. Work with cross-functional teams to understand how OTC integrates with SD, FI, and MM module s. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specification s. Support integration activities with third-party systems such as tax engines and invoicing platforms under senior guidanc e. Participate in system testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and help validate outcome s. Troubleshoot basic system issues and elevate complex problems to senior team member s. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support optimization initiative s. Assist in documenting process flows, configuration details, and user guide s. Support data validation, migration activities, and system upgrade s.



Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and standard processe s. Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops to build business and technical knowledg e. Required Ski lls Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FI) processes, including general ledger and accounts payab le. Familiarity with how SAP FI integrates with CO, MM, and SD modul es. Exposure to financial concepts such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close process es. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to deta il. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a te am. Eagerness to learn and grow within SAP finance and enterprise syste ms. Preferred Skills (Nice to H ave)Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA Finance environme nts. Basic understanding of accounts receivable, asset accounting, or controlling (CO) conce pts. Familiarity with banking interfaces or third-party financial integrati ons. Exposure to financial reporting tools or dashboa rds.
