Plastic injection molding processes and equipment. Robot use (picker and Wittman). Team work, innovation, continuous improvement. Teamwork Dynamic, sense of urgency. Responsibility Proactive

Analyze bottleneck constraints Develop action plans for productivity Implement 4 B operational efficiency Reduce process scrap and release Improve times and movements Update ergonomic studies Review control plan Establish process review routines Tooling assembly and disassembly procedure Certification of operators by assembly teams Support to other areas of the plant EHS monitoring of policies, regulations,
